The crawler on the bottom of the screen during Speed Report said that Tanner Swanson won the midget race at Salem. There was no such driver present and Brad Sweet led the entire thirty laps. Where did they get this info? I have noticed other inaccuracies in their race reporting.

He won a California Focus race.

Thanks for the info. I am going to watch the replay of Speed Report, as I am positive they identified him as winning at Salem.

Tanner Swanson swept Usac show sat. nite at Madera,Ca....leading all 25 laps for Focus win.....'N took over from brother Kody to win the W/S Sprint feature!!......

I did watch the replay and they did incorrectly identify him as winning at Salem. The crawler identified Tracy Hines as the sprint car winner at Salem and Tanner Swanson as the midget feature winner.
Is Tanner Swanson related to the late Bob Swanson who was a superstar in the midgets many decades ago?

I asked Mike Swanson,Tanner's and Kody's father, the same question during a POWRI rain out in Highland,Il. The answer in NO........Not related.
