He was in the red 81. He spun out a guy while running 4th. Big slide job on Smith and Westfall to take the lead on the restart, but then he ran off. If he had not caused the yellow, he would have finished probably 3rd. So it wasn't a pretty win.....but like I said, he did drive off after he took the lead.
Good racing over all and no one got hurt. Craig Budde cut a tire down in heat one but otherwise no yellows.

Even the tin top race was bad ass at the end.

After the victory lane dance I believe Scotty Wier wanted to do a little dance with ol BobBallou. & yes the Crate lates put on a helluva show on that last corner, I tried to yell to my brother with about 4 to go that it could get interesting & I'll be damned if the dude running 2nd did'nt catch the guy that lead almost the whole 50 laps, yes 50 laps, & passed him for the win as they were coming out of 4 & headin to the checkers as they were catching 2 lapped cars, The guy cut down in front of the dude he just passed right about the flagstand & they touched, as he was going into 1 a little squirrley he finally looped it in between 1 & 2 & then the fun started with about 7 cars involved. The fella that won climbed out of his car & did the Tin Tap Dance & then ran to victory lane around turn 1 & down the frontstretch as his car was being put on the hook, pretty cool.

So Ballou put a wheel on somebody and gave them a tap? Just wondering who was the other driver?
