Saturday night race 6/13/2009 rescheduled for sunday 6/14/2009 hot lap 2:00 p.m.

After the last shower at 8:30pm at THAT it will probably be a mud bog race tomorrow unless Tommy brings all his equipment from Haubstadt to the action track tomorrow and does his magic.

Anyone with a radio on couldn't help but smile when Tommy Helfrich came on the radio and said, "There's a John Deere sitting back here in the pits. I don't think I need anyone to show me how to start it." He climbed in and headed to the track to help scuff the surface... then round 2 of even heavier rains came and it was obvious there was no saving the track for racing tonight. Thanks for the effort Tommy.

Joe, what time will you get to the track tomorrow? I want to see your push set up? If I don't catch you tomorrow, then probably the 4th of July race. Also, I don't know how good my Jeep would be to help, but when ever I am at the race and you could use me or my SUV to help the track, just say the word.

Gardner & Williams were there today. As I understand it Shuman is still running Illinios Sprint week. Lincoln was rained out tonight, Shepps Speedwayway tomorrow?

Damion Gardner and Ricky Williams was at THAT tonight. I know for sure Williams will be back tomorrow and hope Gardner is too.

Jason I am still at Terre Haute & ch. 10 weather forcast for tomorrow is sunny & no rain until after midnight. I hope they can get all the mud & water off the track so we can all see a race tomorrow.

...was really impressed with this hard charger. Has he been running in Indiana/Illinois all year? Wonder if he'll be at Terre Haute tomorrow?
