It sounds like a great idea to me. I've been talking to promoters round here and next year I hope to get some nonwing minisprints together to have a race. Be nice to have a 2500.00 to win race if I could swing it. Theres quite a few $5000.00 to $8000.00 to win modified races round here. If I really put my mind to it you think I'd be able to do some promoting and come up with a few grand. The local track over the hill has four races that pay 4-8 g's this season. Problem is first I have to introduce them to nonwing minisprints. The other thing is they look at my car like it's a lit stick of dynomite, a typical reaction being, oh jeez these guys would kill themselves in one of them. I guess promoters around here feel that inless your car weighs 3400 lbs you need a wing to be safe. Man it's only a minisprint, yes it's a different race world here.
