Who will Win?

Who will win the usac midget title Thursday Night?

Brad Kuhn-point leader
Brad sweet-2nd, 40 points behind
Darren Hagen- 3rd, 53 points behind

There's only 66 points possible.

I think he only has to finish like 13th or better doesn't he? My math may be a little off? That would be like his 2nd worse finish all yr if that were to happen. That also involves Brad S winning to ,which will be a tall task with all the pavement specialists that will be there.

If Kuhn makes the race, either on his own or by provisional, and finishes outside the top-20, it would take a finish of third or better by Sweet (barring any "top-six" qualifying points).

Brad Kuhn.

Hard to imagine him not taking the USAC title, probably driver of the year as well, although I think BC has an outside shot at that.

As far as the USAC midget title winner that is a tough call. From what I have read, the drivers entered for the "Turkey Nite Grand Prix" is a stellar field of racing 'hot shoes'. I am a fan of Brad Kuhn, Brad Sweet, Darren Hagen, etc. We will know when the checker falls. :22:

As far as winning the race, this is a tough call as well. But I will say for the fun of it, barring any unforseen racing mechanical breakdowns and wrecks, I will go with Bobby Santos III, Dave Darland, or Davey Hamilton. :31:

Bryan Clauson is also one to watch.

Best of luck to ALL of the midget drivers and teams at the "Turkey Nite Grand Prix." :32:

Have a nice Thanksgiving...see you at the races

Brad Kuhn has not used a provisional all year long.
