I think he only has to finish like 13th or better doesn't he? My math may be a little off? That would be like his 2nd worse finish all yr if that were to happen. That also involves Brad S winning to ,which will be a tall task with all the pavement specialists that will be there.

If Kuhn makes the race, either on his own or by provisional, and finishes outside the top-20, it would take a finish of third or better by Sweet (barring any "top-six" qualifying points).

Brad Kuhn.
Hard to imagine him not taking the USAC title, probably driver of the year as well, although I think BC has an outside shot at that. |

As far as the USAC midget title winner that is a tough call. From what I have read, the drivers entered for the "Turkey Nite Grand Prix" is a stellar field of racing 'hot shoes'. I am a fan of Brad Kuhn, Brad Sweet, Darren Hagen, etc. We will know when the checker falls.
As far as winning the race, this is a tough call as well. But I will say for the fun of it, barring any unforseen racing mechanical breakdowns and wrecks, I will go with Bobby Santos III, Dave Darland, or Davey Hamilton. Bryan Clauson is also one to watch. Best of luck to ALL of the midget drivers and teams at the "Turkey Nite Grand Prix." Have a nice Thanksgiving...see you at the races Rich - Arnold, Missouri |
