I recommend the Greenville Inn Greenville OH

I used to stay there until it turned into a dump. Have they cleaned it up?
Used to be a really nice place, good restaurant and bar. But it went down hill.

I stay at either the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn in Greenville now.

Holiday Inn Express in Portland IN is fantastic. Great rates and very nice rooms.

If you have a group the Westlake Village condos are pretty cost effective. One bedroom with a double bed, one with two singe beds and a hideaway couch. 2 bathrooms, kitchen and more.
Right on Route 127 south edge of Celina.
Ask for the Eldora rate.

Is that the condos that overlook the lake?

I've stayed in both Troy and Piqua before at some of the national chains and was OK for my wife and me. My experience with reservations is it is good to do it sooner rather than later. It used to fill up fairly quick for multi-day shows.

Hampton Inn :6::6:(very clean), right off of I-75 on Fair road. Also a great place to eat, the new Wingers :6::6::6:(Bar/Grill) on St47 one exit north from the hotel.

Simply exit the Hampton Inn, fuel up at the Marathon station, and go North on Vandemark Rd. to Michigan Ave. (Ohio St. Rt. 47) turn left, and Wingers is about 1 mile down on the left. (across from Menards) :6:

Also, if you go early enough, when you get to Michigan Ave., turn Right, and the Econo Lodge is on the right, and then if you turn left at the light at Taco Bell, the Holiday Inn, and Days Inn are on the right (walking distance from Bob Evans and Waffle House)....all 3 of those motels usually have parking lots full of race cars :8:
