While it may be good for Shane now, how long will Jeff Walker keep him around? Unlike Monte Edison, Jeff Walker goes through drivers like some folks go through beer...quickly.

Just a suggestion - someone else suggested that you change the way that you acknowledge a back stretch winner. Perhaps you can use the back stretch concession stand to advise the front...

Normally, the promoter is the one responsible for providing the ambulance(s) and the safety crew. Most sanctioning bodies have some wording in their contracts regarding the tracks' obligation to...

Just saw ESPN's replay that clearly showed WHeldon passing JR under a green light; so the only question is, did the IRL hold the yellow until the pass was made?

Didn't maintain yellow flag speed, so they got passed under the yellow; it's not Weldon's fault that Hildebrand failed to maintain his pace after the yellow flew.

While Dave Rudisell is on here often, I'd call the track.. But at most tracks, if the heats are done, it's considered a complete show.....

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how any car owner/driver will show up with their $50-100K car and rig and then, after paying a pit fee to race, not know what to expect in terms of payout for...

If you go to the USAC website - click on "circle track'; that takes you to a page that lists various open wheel types(SC, sprint, etc.); scroll down the page to the botom right - "owner's garage"...
