But yet you got to see a good race didn"t you? You have no idea how much rain we got in Haubstadt,, I"ve hard anywhere from 1 and a half to 3 inches in bout 2 hours , thats a lot of water no matter....

The BIG BOYS can feed a smaller team a wheel and not worry bout tearing up a car cuz all they have to do is unload a backup car while smaller team could be done for the year or maybe for good.. ...

Chuck I:ve noticed it in not only the midgets but in the sprints too. If Bob Kinser and Jack Hewitt were still racing there would be a LOT of fat lips and black eyes around. ;)

I dona"t want to argue BUT I don"t think that would cover fuel cost for out and back. Then add on hotel meals, parts for race car etc etc.

I heard that the CRA and USAC got togather to form USAC WEST with races only in CA and AZ, no cross county trips. Not many people can take off work for 3 4 weeks at once
