Have been very satisfied with Hooker Harness. Like the 2" lap belt as I feel it holds your hips more securely in the seat.

I've had good luck with a Harbor Freight sonic cleaner and use it regularly. For just a few hundred dollars, a larger higher quality unit is available from several internet sites.
