Re: Dri-Bars Take on Tulsa

Yeah, I know it looks like overkill, but Danny wanted one with Tulsa in the title.

Re: 2010 midget rule change?

The idea of a combo car is almost impossible to enforce. How do you tell a car owner that he can't take an old dirt car, shove everything to the left and out-run a traditional dirt car? If USAC would...

Re: 2010 midget rule change?

Re: Pocono Question for Duke

Looks like 1980 was the last Indy 500 for which Hurtubise practiced. How fast did he eventually get that ugly ass Mallard going? Did it ever actually complete four laps of 500 qualifying? I like the...

Re: Dean Mills' 40th Birthday and Party

A pair of Eckerts and the phantom Paul Wilson will be putting a dent in Dean's keg of Coors Light. Come drive us home. It's only four blocks away.

Re: Pocono Question for Duke

Rain in Pocono? No way! Of the race's nine front-engine dinosaurs, Steve Ball started highest on the grid. If qualifying was rained out, how was this determined? Since the first three races of that...

Pocono Question for Duke

I'm trying to find out who posted Pocono's fastest Silver Crown lap against the rear-engines in 1981. Their average speed on a 2.5-mile may still be the fastest laps ever by a real front-engine champ...

Re: Lawrenceburg 10/17 & Kokomo 10/18 finishes?
