Wingless bird cages, my wingless car runs normal winged birdcages are there any advantages or disadvantages so to speak in running non winged Bird cages,

After a few tips on streching a couple of tyres, i recentley got a 96/15/15 and its been deflated for a long time as it would only roll out 94 inches really need it to be up around the 96 again,

My left rear rolls out at 91 inches and the right is 100inches we all run tyres from late models being a small horespower engine we use smaller tyres, are you saying the stagger is too much?
