Anyone know where Jerry Coons Jr or Scotty Weir have been this year?

Jerry has been running USAC midgets and Silver Crown and I think Scotty Wier has run once I think maybe a BOSS race.

In addition to his full season rides in both the USAC National Midget and Silver Crown Series, Jerry is the head of USAC's .25 Midget division.

He was busy tending to duties at the Battle at the Brickyard this weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which didn't allow any time for his own racing. He will be back behind the wheel of a racecar here very soon.

I was wondering the same thing about Stomp n Steer Scotty Wier. He was at Eldora in May as was said before but haven't heard of or seen him since...

Wier is a gasser & a helluva wrench as well. There's a lot of knowledge in that head. I wish he could catch a full time ride.

Thought I saw Coons in the Nolen car a few times earlier in the year and Weir in the 2nd Hery car a few times also.
