Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway
Joliet, Illinois http://www.dirtoval66.com From track & Sherri Heckenast Facebook page. Mother nature has WON again and forced us to reschedule once again. Wednesday, May 3rd has been RESCHEDULED FOR Wednesday, May 31st. We will be the first night of Illinois Speed Week / Midget Week... Sorry for the inconvenience once again! More info/ updates to follow. #MotherNatureSucks

"first night of Illinois Speed Week / Midget Week" - that means POWRi "National" midgets too? (I'm not asking for any other reason other than just asking a question. Have people I know interested in attending this event)

Whether or not the POWRi National Midgets are back in the lineup is unclear. Several have asked that very question on the Dirt Oval Route 66 Raceway Facebook page but there has been no response to the question.

Yes, the POWRi National Midgets will be back on May 31st. It will be the opening night of midget week.

Will the dirt late models remain part of the event or will they be dropped in lieu of the POWRi National Midgets?
