Perhaps I've missed an announcement, but I haven't seen anything about a live stream of this weekend's Silver Crown race from PIR. Does anyone know if it's being streamed?

No live stream PPV. Can only watch it the next day on USAC/Loudpedal's site.

Missed opportunity here IMO.

Bob, check Periscope or Facebook live. Someone might be doing a live broadcast from the grandstands.

Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

Sure wish NBS/SN would tape and air the race on their network!

I don't think its that big of a deal. Not like Millions tune into PPV.

True, but I think more people would spend money buying a PPV of this race vs. some of the other stuff that these live stream services are carrying.

Granted, I know some of these providers have contractual obligations but I'd rather watch champ cars at Phoenix vs. an ASCS race or some weekly show at Port Royal.

IndyCar live streams all their practice and qualifying live on YouTube, for free. Sure would be nice if USAC got together with their counterpart and worked out a deal to show the race. I mean, everything is already in place- cameras, mics, ect. There's still a little time to work something out. I'll hold out hope!

The word free and USAC in the same sentence? Why would you want to do anything to increase your fan base? If he can not make a dollar to take home to Detroit it will not happen!!
