Week after week I go to Haubstadt and I keep thinking that there is no way that I can see a better race than I have just witnessed. Once again I have been proven wrong. Saturday nights race was absolutely amazing. Perfect track, big name competitors, super clean exciting racing, all the way to the end. Facility is hands down first class. None better. Thanks Tri-State for another super season. Clayton is a wizzard. T-Mez was awesome. Bland showed again that he is a major force to be reckoned with anywhere he goes. Anyone who has anything negative to say about this race or track has no clue.

I can't say it any better.:applaud: Those were the best heat races I've ever seen. Short beat Ballou on the last lap in one of the heats, three wide for second going across the line in one of the other heats including first and second in points Cone and Cummins. The B main was also great as they were almost four wide going across the line for last place, and another great A main to top it off, just an unbelievable night of racing. Was it luck or talent that there were not more flips then there were, or both?

I think it was the skill of the drivers and the preparation of the track that prevented any more flips than we saw. Never a rut anywhere in that track. Smooth as silk all the way across the track, perfect for that gutsy slide job. Cushion about 2 feet off the wall, just the right amount to use that boiler plate for a little richotchet action. Some guys fear that plate wall, so they do not show up at this track. The ones with the big kahunas play with that wall. Nuff said.
