Web Site Format

Is this the way the web site is supposed to look like now, or is my computer messing up? If this is the new format, I don't like it one bit...

In the grey box at the bottom of the page, select default style, not mobile

Thank-u! I couldn't figure out why it looked one way on one computer I use & not another...lol
