Here is what they are considering. What do you think?
I like cars #1 and #6 for their old school roadster look.
I also like the #14 for it's modern look.
Your opinions?
David.

How about none of the above they all look like go karts at your local rental go kart track. Go back to the old style Champ Dirt Car's it was USAC's best series and they found a way to screw up a good thing again.

None of the above. :crying: Nothing new here. The best idea I have heard in many years, and it came from this message board, was to resurrect the Watson type roadster for this series. There you have something unique that people would want to see. Something different. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

I think those would be considered sketches... which are very rough and incomplete "DESIGNS"

A pig with lipstick is at least a pig "trying" to be pretty.

BTW... I like sprint car racing... Doesn't really matter to me what they do. It won't effect me.

No kidding. The whole idea is garbage. Quit trying to build a bridge to NASCAR/ISC and do your own thing, USAC. Run as many dirt miles as you can, run the current/old champ cars on the pavement tracks you've got and leave it at that. Let the chips (talent) fall where they may.

That being said, I think either #2 or #6 is the best option, but that's like picking the best turd out of the bunch. I also think that, given the speeds these cars achieve on the bigger tracks, they're going to kill somebody with just that rollcage on top. Could be wrong, but it seems like that wouldn't be sufficient in a 165+ mph crash, especially flipping down through the grass off the backstretch at a place like Chicagoland.

Hope that never comes to pass.
