The POWRi II Lucas Oil Midwest Midget Series will be making our third appearance of the season at Chandler Speedway on August 12, 2016. So far this season we have no repeat winner's in this very competitive series. Racing starts at 8pm central time.

There is no membership or pill draw fees.

The race pays $500 to win and $100 to start with a minimum of 15 cars.

Can someone educate me on this class. Are these midgets with motorcycle engines, or something else?

Some are motorcycle chain drive midgets and some are 2.4L or smaller stock block engines in a midget chassis.

You can check out our Facebook page it has some video from the last race at Chandler. Very competitive racing that allows lower budget teams and driver to race a midget.
