I have to ask... What are "Hard Charger" Features?

Is this kind of what P-ville did last week? Letting the guys who didn't make the big show run a feature (or Consi as they used to call them.)

Bloomington Speedway has a "Hard Charger Award" that is given each night to the driver that improves the most spots from his starting to finishing position. The drivers that are eligible to compete in this race are listed on their website at www.bloomingtonspeedway.com.

The eligible sprint drivers are Brady Short, Brady Bacon, Jon Stanbrough, Lance Grimes, Bub Cummings, Ty Deckard, Chris Windom, and Jeff Bland, Jr.
