How many Silver Crown cars are there anyway?
I don't think a whole lot....

Path Valley! An even smaller bullring, & about 2 hrs. Southwest of Grandview
I never understood why it has been that way with the Champ Dirt Cars! There have always been smaller fields at Eldora, Terre Haute, etc. Figured 100 Laps on a 1/2 mile is a lot less wear and tear on an engine?
Any body remember how many were at Terre Haute? I just remember it was a hell of a race. I stopped going to champ car races in the early 80's cuz after first 2 or 3 laps it was a parade. This year Ron Miller talked me into going with him to the Indy mile, and I loved it, Thanks Ron. Next one was Terre Haute and the race between Cockrum and Leary and a couple others was great. I hope they put on a show like those two at the Grove.

Jim they had 24 cars for the SC race at Terre Haute. I put that race in my top 5 races for the year 2015!
Getting back to the Champ cars at the Grove I was at the last race they had there, it's been a long wait, but I pretty darn happy to see them coming back.
