D2 strong!

If you are an owner, driver, or fan of the production engine midget revolution the D2 racing movement is the place you will want to be. Series owners from across the Midwest have joined together to offer the strongest and fastest growing midget racing division that offers the grass roots racers the opportunity to go midget racing at a greatly reduced price. The new D2 rules will allow a slightly modified stock engine format that will greatly decrease the cost of the power plants and increase longevity. This along with many other budget minded rules have made the new concept of the D2 midgets the class of choice for so many that are trying to contain the skyrocketing cost of midget racing. The new movement will also increase the number of races and the amount of new tracks involved in the D2 midgets. Over 40 races will be scheduled in Illinois and iowa alone between 8 different facilities. The indiana based midwest midget series is also in the process of finalizing their schedule that will open up huge opportunity's to allow you to race in Iowa, Illinois, and indiana on the same rules package. This is great news for everyone involved or looking to get involved in midget racing. Stay tuned as more exciting news will be released over the winter on several huge announcements of the D2 racing movement.
