I would think that Bell will be with a Toyota team. They have spent a lot of cash helping him along. I would think Rico would be a better bet to be with Tony.

I think that rico is already signed a contract with chip ganassi. But don't know for sure. Lol.
for what its worth...Rico is already signed as a Developemental Driver for CGR thru HScott Motorsports running K & N East, where just fin.3rd in the Finale 'n 5th in final Pts...now does he run East another yr...or move up??..will see soon eh!!...
