Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. It's bad enough that USAC's going to a new track and the event got cancelled. But it's 10 times worst than that, as the track is being shut down, according to this story.

I checked their website and saw the meager car count for their weekly show and figured this race wouldn't happen

I posted the above comment before I saw the comment about eminent domain. That is a shame that the track will be permanently closed.
