PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 23, 2008) – Jeremy Sherman tacked on his ninth Discount Tire Co. American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region feature win of the season by topping Manzanita Speedway's 57th Anniversary Event on Saturday night.

Sherman took the triumph aboard Fred Bryan's Wesmar-powered F&E Development No. 77 after starting the 30-lap feature event atop the ½-mile clay oval from the second row inside. Sherman took the checkered flag in front of polesitter Mike Martin, with R.J. Johnson, Andrew Reinbold and Nathan High.

Charles Davis, Jr., and Josh Pelkey posted heat race wins while High won the Trophy Dash.
