If you would have guessed that CJ Leary was....
Quick Time 360 Oval Nationals Winner 360 Oval Nationals Quick Time 410 Oval Nationals (Prelim Night) 5th Place 410 Oval National (Prelim Night - after flipping in his heat!) ...... You would have won odds of 1000-1 from your local bookie. Great Job CJ!!!! |

CJ improves every night. Kudos to him and the crew for their performance the last two nights, and wishing them good fortune tonight.

He's the one guy who's shown this year that he's ready to step up to that next level. The level that Darland, Clauson, Ballou, Stanbrough, Bacon, Short, etc. reside on. I wasn't surprised by how good he's done, one bit.

I'd of taken them odds. Like Ballou he finds his rhythm and gets faster, Especially on bigger tracks. Several Lawrencburg wins, Second at the Sprintacular. Few wins elsewhere this year and his wrench is very good as evidenced by KT running the car and winning the Dick Gaines Memorial
Congrats CJ!

Kokomo Klash he was banzai'n turn 1 the last half the race. Scary fast. Not often do we see people beat Darland off the top side through two. It happened that night though!!
Good luck to all drivers, especially the ones we get to see back home in Indiana! |
