Bill and I did a decal for Dwight Clock. He handled production and I handled distribution. Would like to do that again, only for Bill. If anyone can take care of production, I will distribute. Please PM if interested.

It feels a little early for such a discussion, so sorry for that.

RIP Bill. And, peace to your family and friends.

God Speed to a man that didn't care about the financial gain in life, he worried about keeping local racing and friendships alive. Thank you Bill for giving so many people the avenue to meat new friends. You will missed.

RIP Bill. Although I never met Bill in person, we talked several times about our websites and ideas on operating them. Bill will be greatly missed.

I, like many posters was never fortunate enough to meet Bill before his passing and I'm disappointed with myself about that. Here's why - I'm a sprint and midget fanatic from Auckland, New Zealand. Bill's site is without doubt the best of the few windows into the wingless world you Hoosiers are blessed to call your daily lives. It was because of the gossip, banter and reminiscing on this website that I started my annual holidays to coincide with your racing calendar. I'm disappointed because I never made a point of seeking Bill out telling him all this. We say often that no-one is bigger than racing, and now I know that's simply not true - because if Bill wasn't before, he sure is now. Godspeed Bill, gone but certainly not forgotten.

Thanks to Jerry Shaw, a few years ago I had the pleasure of meeting, shaking the hand and THANKING Bill Gardner at a Lincoln Park USAC race, for the best racing site on the net. Though a brief meeting, his humbleness, kindness and fight to the end attitude shown through. Thoughts and Prayer's to Bill's family and friends... RIP Bill...
