July the 4th has historically been a HUGE night at the Bloomington Speedway through the years, the community has always come out for the best fireworks displays in Monroe County, and one of the best in the state!
Also, the best drivers in the midwest come out and they always put on a great show for the fans, and this year, the speedway is stepping up BIG, with the help of some great local businesses that also love and support racing!

This year the 4th is on Friday, so it only makes sense that there will be fireworks, and they are going to be HUGE, and they will be HUGE on the track for a HUGE purse too!

This year the Bloomington Speedway’s July 4th FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR has a very special purse!

$2000.00 to win $500.00 to start, is nothing short of SPECTACULAR!

We are having a special vendor bring in games for the kids, and the speedway is also giving away a couple of bicycles to the kids! It’s going to be a great night for the families, a great night for our fans, young and old, and the entire community.

Please come out to the Bloomington Speedway and bring the whole family for some great racing, great entertainment for the kids, and a SPECTACULAR fireworks display for the whole family.

General Admission is ONLY $14.00 and as always, Kids 12 & under are admitted FREE with a paying adult. Pit passes are $30.00

Pit gates open at 4:30pm.
Grandstand opens at 5:30pm.
Hot Laps 6:30pm.
Racing begins at 7:30pm.

For throw back Thursday, we found an old hand painted Bloomington Speedway sign in one of the storage buildings and just thought it should be out and on display.
