Rev limiter issue 05-06 gsxr

Looking for some input. A friend and myself are running identical 05-06 gsxr 1000 engines. Stock engine, Rosson lower injectors, power commanders, both on methanol and have been Dyno tuned. The issue is both engines hit the limiter at 12,800 rpm going down the straights. I've researched and found these two items create a reduced rpm from the factory 13,300. It's a safety: 1. the clutch neutral switch ( I have a toggle switch inline to simulate clutch in/out). 2. Gear position switch..... It states in the service manual that if the ECU thinks its in a no load situation (neutral), it cuts 500 rpm off the limiter by cutting spark...... Has anyone ran into this??.... And can you contact me to discuss!!

Richie wood.... We discussed it, not sure why the normal bypass isn't solving it.

I would say he didn't cut your wiring right you shouldn't need a bypass in it anywhere that's all I run is 05/06 1000 motors but if I was you go to spiker he's good at what he does

Unfortunately no.... I have found that most people aren't running a tachometer to know if the do or don't have this going on. Most people are telling me they can re flash the ECU to bypass this issue, but I'm not sure I want to start messing with the system, since its running good now. It just limits out at 12,800
