I may be wrong, but I think this was the year Rich got his bell wrung at Terre Haute. If it is , this is why Rich wasn't in it.

Thanks for the great post, I really enjoyed watching it during that reckless display of racing on tv last night.

The raw footage of the drivers on the first one is tough to watch. Several old friends who are gone.
