For 2 years...

Wed Thurs - Lawrenceburg
Fri Sat - Gas City

Now..

Let's switch the dates for the next 2 years.

It's only fair!!

Lawrenceburg is the important track! It is located in a metro area, 1st class, they deserve to get the Premium dates! The dates hurt Burg attendance.

or, Restructure the schedule so that Lawrenceburg gets the first Fri, Sat , and , Gas City get the 2nd Fri, Sat.

Oh, Bloomington would not like this....

so, do as I said - swap Gas City and Lawrenceburg next 2 years.

I agree with the above, that Lawrenceburg should get serious consideration from USAC for being the featured track in the ISW series. However, because I live less than 20min away, my objectivity may come into question here. I guess I'll have to recuse myself from this debate?

As someone who comes 1000 miles for the show, I'd like to see them switch weekends, so there are only 2 days off in the middle. 4 days off is too many, so we only stay for the first weekend.

don't waste your time. The burge might be a nice facility, but the management at gas city is light years ahead of the burge.

ISW has traditionally been one race at a different track in Indiana each night. Because of the DA mess, Gas City & L-burg took on the extra dates lost by DA's tracks last year. Don't be surprised if Terre Haute, Twin Cities and maybe even Brownstown are considered for shows next year and the double header format being eliminated.

I like the one race at a different track each night. The big question has always been: Who gets what nights?

I would almost bet a years pay that Terre Haute will be there next year but I would also think that the 2 date tracks could stay that way just give Terre Haute one of those open dates

but I would split the 2 dates up one Track to start the week and one to end it

just a thought

I'm with D.O. on this one. That would make for an awesome sprint week.

The only change I would make is the last two shows. Keep Haubstadt on the last Saturday Night.

Of course none of you are crew members who desperately need a few days off to recoup. Try getting home at 2-3am every morning after cleaning of cars and being back at shop by 8-9am every morning to get going again.

For drivers and crews the 3 day break is truly needed.
