The race starts @10:00 AM PST, but the stream has started already with pre-races shots of the venue, crowd etc for the final 2013 Speedway Grand Prix from Torun Poland.

If they could build dirt tracks like that in the U.S., you'd never have to worry about rainouts.

They actually do have rainouts at that (Torun) stadium. Opening in the roof is just about the inside line of the track.
