MWR has been cheating since their first race way back when. First race as a team years ago, if I am not mistaken, caught with jet fuel in the fuel system. They have been desperate since day one. Glad NASCAR hammered them. I like the 24 car and he got screwed after running a solid race. Michael Waltrip needs to re-think his business model.

Not giving Mikey any credit, but don't you think Knauss has been playing with tech all year, they present the car, knowing it might not pass, then keep playing with it, til they get it to pass, but just barely, then they have an idea how far they can go, and get it thru. I don't think they gave MWR enough, they shoulda given them the boot for a while, and not just over the Winter, but maybe some of the other sponsors will get more involved, and just find out what and where their money is going. Anybody remember the illegal fuel episode at Daytona when MWR first entered NASCAR and the Toyotas were struggling to qualify? Don't remember all the details, but there was a substantial fine and suspension of some MWR personnel.

This is nothing new, teams been doing this for a long time but now with the MWR deal the media will make a big deal about it. Next will about teams letting other team members pass to pick up the extra 5 points. Media will be digging up things that been going on from the start of racing and make news out of it.
