I need a Tq midget drive shaft asap. The rear is the standard 6 spline. The front is 33 spline that goes into a CV joint. It's 23.25" in length and 1" in diameter. Is this the standard acro drive shaft? Any help is greatly appreciated. We race on Tuesday so I'm looking to get something lined up ASAP.
Thanks in advance Jeremy 317 657 8796 Posted via Mobile Device |

Gary Schroeder made those. A standard would be 10 spline on the rear, but Steve Stapp had some made with the 6 spline. Danny Purcell might have one, he changed his out, or try to get hold of Steve, he might have one left, or call Schroeder Monday, if he has one he could overnight it to you, I know money is no object. Lots a luck, and no, it isn't an Acro! Bob

I'd call Wayne at Acro 1st thing Monday. He will do something to get you on the track.

Unless your piggy bank is overflowing, you better be hunting a replacement for the one you have, if you change, you'll have to buy EVERTHING from the back of the motor, to the front of the rear end, I'd say in the $1000.00 up range, and trying to get all that rounded up, and installed by Tues, not enought hrs. Danny Purcell is your quickest source, he races with you. How could you tear that up anyway, not enough Hp to twist it into, hard enough hit to bend it beyond straightening, no car left. Just sayin!
