I think since MMSA ran one non winged event at Bloomington, than this one should be winged to see which has the better car count??
Also in the rule book:

I'm not certain that that rationale would really tell which type of racing that people prefer. Some people may not have cars finished in mid-May, plus kids are in school. And this one is accompanied with Sprint Week. I'm fairly certain that either way the car count would be higher. Personally I prefer without the wing- much more fun to drive. And any time that you slow cars down = better overall competition.
Either way I'm planning on being there. Bloomington is badass.
That is for complete inspection, They do partial tech at will, they run bore scope camera down spark plug hole. Too my knowledge only 2 pans have been pulled. But they will check you out randomly. I just hate for you to drive 4 plus hrs to find out you have a fire breather.
The track owners liked the non wing, car count virtually the same. Actually for the economy and this years stats Bloomingtons last non wing has had the best car count. So stick your stock engine in and come over. Posted via Mobile Device
