any idea on what gear a guy would want to run at brownstown in a tq?

Depends on how hard you wanna twist your motor. For a Honda that you wanna turn around 10,700 11,000, I'd say around a 9.23.

We ran a 9.190 there last fall. That was in an acro rear end and seemed just about right.
