The bad news is that the word I've heard is that the POWRi deal was put together by some folks rebelling against the Dirt Midget Assn that is tied to USAC and runs at Bear Ridge Speedway in VT. So instead of having one club with good car counts, we'll have two fighting over a very limited audience. Once again, the midget crowd is its own worst enemy.
