CONCORD, N.C. -- Nov. 2, 2012 -- Sammy Swindell wrapped up the title as the winningest driver on the World of Outlaws tour when he picked up his 13th victory of the season with a late pass at the Sixth annual PEAK Motor Oil World of Outlaws World Finals Presented by NAPA Auto Parts at The Dirt Track at Charlotte.

Swindell got around Brian Brown in turns three and four coming to the white flag in a race that featured eight official lead changes. Kraig Kinser and Brown traded the runner-up position in the final lap with Brown edging Kinser for the runner-up position. (CLICK FOR FULL RACE REPORT)
