Dave Darland in Phillips Motorsports 71P for 2013

Phillips Motorsports is pleased to announce that Dave Darland will be driving for us during the 2013 season. We hope to run USAC and selected KISS and MSCS races during the season.

We do want to thank Jerry Coons Jr. for driving for us the previous two seasons, and wish him well for 2013.
