USAC schedule says Thrusday, Friday & Saturday. Ocala website says Wednesday, Thrusday, Friday & Saturday. I sent email to track and someone replied back saying they would find out and let me know. I haven't heard back.
The acutal race is probably Thursday through Saturday. I would like to know if Wednesday is practice or if it is indeed a race night because I want to make airline, rental car and hotel reservations. Even if it is practice, as long as sprint cars are there I am too.

Depending on the health of my friend we should be there, but I can not find any actual dates. Does anybody have the dates in Febuary? Would it be the 6th through the 9th?

BRP's USAC dates are Feb. 20,21,22,23 20th being a practice day...
Bob, I am trying to follow in the same steps as Bill May's MMSA and allow quickchange rear ends but carry it a little farther and allowing Quad 4's or any STOCK INTERNALS 4 cly.s up to a 2.3. The sprint car world is in shambles here in Florida and I must seize on this 1 time opportunity.....the is a model of this in progress in Indiana at the Montpelier Speedway and was very successful last year...with more and and more racers getting the attitude that Non-Wing cars needs a great driver and Wing cars need a great motor, well that in itself says a lot for the economics of racing...less dollars in engines mean more cars at the track...you can afford a 3-4 thousand dollar motor that will last 2 years better then a 20K motor you have to rebuild every 8/12 races.....
we hope to have an official announcement but the end of the week on the complete D-2 midget Winternationals in Florida
