Has anyone heard any new updates on VCS? They have a Badger/Powri co-sanctioned Midget show scheduled for Sat. June 9th. What about a few Non-Wing or Winged 410 Sprint Car shows.

There won't be weekly anything there. A MOWA race is being discussed, as is a non wing sprint. A UMP Hell Tour stop is booked. If you want to keep up with VCS, go to the VCS facebook page and lock it into your favorites. 8 or so specials are what is being discussed. Brian the promoter and Grady his PR guy were at the IMIS Friday and Grady said good progress was made.

Not trying to be a smarta$$, but I believe that June 9, 2013 is a Sunday. The last race of Illinois Midget Week is scheduled for Little Belleville that day. June 9 is the IMW race at Macon.

Update: Just read the Badger schedule and they do have Danville on Sunday, June 9. The previous dates are Illinois Midget Week, and I can't believe that they would try to run against POWRi at Little Belleville the same day. My guess is that it is a mistake in the Badger schedule.

And even when you look at the Badger schedule it says co-sanctioned with POWRi. So it's either changed to VCS from Belle-Clair or Badger has wrong information.
