Age 10. Ten years fly by, don't they?

I remember a race from maybe 2-3 years ago. As always he had fallen asleep on the way home (down here) after a race.

I pulled into the garage and he woke up. He was very sleepy of course and said, "Grandpa, can you carry me inside?"

It was with some sadness I had to tell him that, no, Grandpa couldn't carry him any more. He was too big to carry.

Soon enough his baby brother will be at that point.

We're hoping that 2013 will bring a short-off among Tim Watson, Checkered Past, racefan20 and Landon. It should be another photo finish.

WOW! 10 years old. Seems like a couple of days ago he was first coming to the races with grandpa. Hope you have a good birthday Landon and make sure grandpa gives you some of that turkey.
