I see I am in the running for "fan of the year" and thanks for whoever nominated me,and has also voted for me as well.

I just added a name to the list that I think should be on there as well,even if she doesnt necessarily post here under a name, and that is Monica Clauson. Bill could add her in with Bob as one if he wishes,but I think she should be in the running. Monica is just as keen a race fan as anyone else on the list,and she does lots of nice things for a lot of different people in the racing community including myself.

Andrew, you did the first IOW Awards this year at Kokomo Smackdown.

I had a lot of help with that though,and thats why I nominated Monica. She helped with that as well as others did. She also helps out a ton over the course of the season with weather updates,and racing updates when I am off visiting other places.Her phone gets such a workout when the weather is looking iffy at "Race Central" that I understand she is now a Beta tester for Industrial strength cell phones !!

Hopefully we can make the awards even bigger next year!
