They were paving last week when I was heading over to the Gold Crown on Thursday after work,Tim. In a few different places. The first one right out of Indy was at a complete standstill for awhile. One of the cars near me in traffic had their window down, and he was muttering something that sounded like "Fudge" I couldnt tell really what he was saying with all the noise from the Diesel trucks idling...

Tim,
When I was through there several days ago, there was a decent stretch west of Plainfield to about the Mooresville exit, one east of Greencastle four or five miles long and another smaller one west of Brazil. I was coming back during the afternoon from Indy and was slowed down to 40 or 50 mph several times, but was never stopped or slowed down drastically. That day, my impression was that if I had diverted over to 40, it probably would have taken me longer. As long as you leave a little built earlier than you normally would, you should be alright.

A man is about as big as the things that make him angry.
went through on the way to Gold Crown Thursday about 3:30, and ran into several stop and go delays, and a complete stop while the paving crew moved equipment from the passing lane to the right side of the highway to shut down for the day. Lost about 50 minutes.
