We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone that helped make the Smackdown 1 a success!!!

To all the tracks that shut down and did not race non wing sprints....Gas City, Bloomington, Lincoln Park and Lawrenceburg.

To all the drivers who did radio interviews, lunch with the fans and autograph sessions....Damion Gardner, Thomas Meseraull, Shane Cottle, Bryan Clauson, Jerry Coons Jr, Dave Darland, Robert Ballou, Wes McIntyre, Chad Boespflug (I hope I'm not forgetting anyone?!).

Sean Buckley and Chris Nunn who joined Rob Goodman and Brett Bowman in announcing for the weekend. All 4 guys did a fantastic job! Rob Goodman does a ton of things at the track besides announcing so I know he was grateful. Brett Bowman for the great articles in the Kokomo Tribune.
Brent Goodnight for organizing the lunch with the drivers and fans.

Athens Archery in Rochester, IN for the really cool bow for Saturday nights Smackdown trophy.

USAC especially Jason McCord and Kirk Spridgeon. They worked their tails off for this event!

All our track employee's who worked really hard all 3 nights.

To ALL of the race teams and fans who came out over the weekend.

To all the businesses and fans who purchased laps to boost the purse with money or product for the drivers and teams. If you didn't get a chance to look at the lap board at the track here is who sponsored laps:Lap

Thank you Kokomo Speedway for having the event. As soon as it was announced it became one of my most anticipated weekends of racing for the year. And in the end,it was all that and more! 3 great days of socializing, and racing. 3 of my top 5 races for the year. Its a week later, and I am still buzzing about it !! I cant wait for next years edition to get here....
