Stopped by the track last night and saw they had a new 20 ft power harrow grooming the track. The place looks awesome then they laid down 15,000 gallons of water. Saw John Gurley there also and he said the place looked "elbows up" Can't wait till this Saturday Racing at 7:30 Here is what they are expecting for car count 20 sprints 20 mods and 30 to 40 non wing 600's and 10 hornets. All the people involved are pretty connected in the industry. Just trying to show Ed Kennedy that Plymouth would be great on Saturday nights, Just move the clay out on the asphalt. Also saw on their website www.plymouthspeedway.net advance online tickets to see Tony Stewart run the SOD race August 18th with a rain date on the 19th. He said he wants to get this race in for his ex Moto Cross Rider Eric Saunders. Also this may be the first race for Eric in his Concept chassis ( with hand controls) driving for Calico Coatings and TSR. Pass the word!!
