Frozen Ocean race park in NY is having a 10grand to win gokart race in sept., the weekend of the 21st I believe. I'm not real familiar with kart racing but that seems like a nice purse to me. If you race karts it might be worth looking into. I know the facility is nice I've raced both mx and speedway there. Sorry I dont have further details, about all I know is it's a dirttrack.

Clay City, Kentucky had $50,000 to win last year. Now that race has a $50,000 total purse, $25,000 to win.

Yup. It was $500 to enter that race last year at Clay City. $1000 to make the feature though.

there are several go-kart races throughout the year that pay this much or more money. last year the same young guy won several of them. want to make money then go go-karting

You hit it right on the nose...... Best part it there are sprint guys having go-kart guys doing there tires for them.....
