TSS posted on their Facebook page that things are still on for tomorrow - I don't think anyone could have stated it better:

Tri-State Speedway- "The Class Track"
Yes it's hot and yes we are still going to run on Sat. night. Please use good common sense and don't come at 4:00 to sit in the hot sun. There will be plenty of seats for everyone. Remember that hot laps (and we mean really hot) will start at 6:30 followed by racing at 7:30 PM. Stay hydrated and dress appropriately please. Everyone is hoping for a break in the heat and dry weather! Yes we do need rain very badly. You know it's bad when a dirt track is needing rain in order to survive.

I'm sure Tom needs the rain for the crops and let's all say a prayer that we get a non racing day rain break soon!

I am no weatherman, but it looks to me that Tri State may be the place to be tonight. Good luck wherever you go and stay cool and be safe!!

I'm going to wait until at least 6:30 to arrive. The crowd was really down at Bloomington last night, not much more than half the usual fireworks night crowd. No doubt the heat was the cause, and Bloomington has more areas in which to escape the heat than TSS does. Hope we have that great westerly breeze tonight that we had at the last TSS race.

Bob,

If you sit on the backstretch, look for me in the section in front of the reserved seats between the entrance and turn three. I think my usual gang is not coming, so I don't know about my seating situation.
