For the second time in 2012 Farmer City Raceway will host non-winged Sprint Cars this Sunday. On May 6 22 Sprints signed in. Dave Darland made masterful moves on Turn 2 to elevate from fourth to the lead within a few laps.
Darland beat Korey Weyant, Mike Hess, Casey Shuman and Bret Triplett. Other Indiana drivers on hand that night included Kyle Dautrich (8th) and Seth Parker (9th). Illinois drivers included Mitch Wismiller (6th). He is fresh off a runner up at Lincoln Park Speedway. Triplett won the winged Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invader feature recently at Burlington, Iowa. For details log on to farmercityracing.com. I'll have updates from FCR Sunday. |

Have wanted to get there, and was hoping for a show last sunday when Kokomo wasn't running. I'll get there sometime this summer.

We'll be there Sunday night.
Hope they have as many cars as they did on the 6th. Lookin' forward to it.
