The Midwest TQ Racing League would like to announce that Duane & Sonja Alexander will be returning as sponsors of the “Hard Luck” award. The Alexander’s have been benefactors of the MTQRL for the past two seasons and their continued support in helping to create “A New Era in TQ Midget Racing” is very much appreciated.
The “Duane & Sonja Alexander Hard Luck Driver” award will continue to be presented at each race to a driver who, in the opinion of the officials, had the worst luck of the night. That driver will be named the “Duane & Sonja Alexander Hard Luck Driver” and receive a $50 cash award. At season’s end the Alexander’s will select a driver that they feel experienced the worst luck over the course of the year and present him a check for $500 at the Banquet and Awards Ceremony.
Duane & Sonja Alexander join previously announced 2012 MTQRL contingency sponsors Jackson Oil & Solvents, Lynch Motorsports and Pace Performance Coatings.
